and "Merge Fields" window is shown.
- On the left side, click on the first label available on the page!
- Notice while the mouse is over the labels, that its coordinate is shown on the right side.
- On the right side:
Repeat Labels, tells Presilo to repeat the merge after reading the last record, but starting at the
next label.
Copies, is the number of copies after "Repeat Labels".
- Click on "Print", and Presilo merge all records and start printing.
- To take a look at the result before printing or to change something, click on "Edit/Preview".
- A New Document with the result is shown and the title bar now shows "Untitled.psl".
- Take a look at the labels. They were replaced by the records of "Address" worksheet.
- Click
icon
and see the result.
- Now, open template "presilo.psl" again by clicking on File->Open and selecting it.
(No need to save "untitled.psl")
- Right click on "Alexander the Great".
- Click on "Field Properties".
