Tutorial - Part II
- The Field Properties dialog appears letting you choose a format for "ZipCode".
- Click on "BarCode" tab.
- In the list box "Barcode", select "CodePostNet" (3 codes above CodeEAN13).
- Check "CheckSum" box.
- In text box Height, type in 15.
- In text box Ratio, type in 1.
- In text box Modul, type in 2.
- Click on "Apply" button.
- Click on "Close" button
- Create a new line below the bar code by typing <ENTER> at the end of the line"
- Click the arrow of
to see the list of fields.
- Click on "Name" to insert it.
- Click on "Apply" button and "Name" is replaced by "Alexander the Great"(Excel).
- Click on "Close" button
- Move the mouse over "Alexander the Great" and over the bar code.
- A balloon pops up informing you that you are over a field. To disable/enable this
feature, click on

- Create a new line below the "Alexander the Great" by typing <ENTER> at the end of the line"
- Click the arrow of
and click on "Address1" to insert it.
- Click on "Apply" button and the address should appear in the document.
- Click on "Close" button
- Repeat the above steps for "Address2" field.
- Create a new line below the "Suite 202" by typing <ENTER> at the end of the line"
- Click the arrow of
and click on "City" to insert it.
- Click on "Apply" button and the "City" is replaced by "Albany".
- Click on "Close" button
- Type " - " without the double quotes
- Click the arrow of
and click on "State" to insert it.
- Click on "Apply" button and the "State" is replaced by "NY".
- Click on "Close" button
